I have invited a sweet young man and his wife to join us here at Obesityhelp.com  and I am asking that if you see a newbie from the Clanton are to give this man a warm welcome.  This young man is James, he is the oldest son of Wade Waldrop.  While at the hospital over the past few weeks, we talked about him wanting and needing to have some type of WLS.  At this time he is doing some research to see what is best for him.  I told him about all of our WONDERUFL FAMILY here on the Bama Board, as well as offered an invitation to him.  So please if you see a newbie lets be sure to welcome them with open arms.  He might use the name z28James.

Thanks for your help and support.
Hugs, Susan

Hey Debbie,

How are you sweetheart?  I have been thinking about you!!!!  I know that all is going to well with you, as our GOD is GOOD!

I have a question for ya too.....Anthony takes the cycle class the 12-14th in Motovallo and I was wondering if you can sort of give us an idea as to what went on each day you were there in your class.

I know I know I have been so out of it here lately and my health isnt helping none!  I promise I will start posting more often.

I love ya bunches!  And appreciate the welcome when James arrives!
Hugs, Susan

I'm doing as good as can be expected. Still being my old silly self.

As far as the classes - this is how it went. That first class was all about the manual. We watched a few video's and went over stuff that would be on the test. The next class we got familiar with the motorcycles (how to correctly get on and things to check for) then we got on our little motorcycles and walked them back and forth across the parking lot a few times - until we could actually get our feet off the ground. We went on to do several laps and just getting used to the bikes then we did some maneuvers such as dip and swerve. I believe we even made it to doing like figure 8's. I didn't do so swell there. We never got very fast. We did braking and had to move up to second and third gear. It was all pretty basis. They would show us several times what to do and then we would repeat. The last class started out in the classroom with the written test. I made a 100 so believe me, it was pretty simple. Then we got back out on the bikes and did some advanced moves and picked up speed. They did more dips, weaves, swerves, more of the same things but at faster speeds. I left before the class was over so I'm not sure how they ended the class. I hope that helps some.

Love you,
DebbieDoo

Thanks Debbie that really did help me out!  Ant is driving me crazy wanting to know this and that, as if I have taken the class or something.
