Just thought I would say again how great that recipe I posted last night is.  I ate some for breakfast this morning.  You can make it real healthy with fat free milk and 98% FF soups.  Don't mean to go on and on but this is really good and thought I would give a reminder.

I posted it last night.  It is Shrimp Chowder.  I will copy and paste it here.


1 small onion sauteed

1 can cream of celery soup

1 can cream of shrimp soup (or chicken)

1 can evaporated milk

1 can cream corn

1 can whole kernal corn, I used white

1 can rotel


salt and pepper to taste  my friend also adds a couple of
herbs

1 pound cooked shrimp (or chicken)

 

 

1 1/2 cups shredded potatoes (I used the frozen hash browns)

Put all the ingredients, except the meat and potatoes in the onion base.  I usually let that mixture simmer a little bit.  Then add the meat and potatoes.  DO NOT BOIL  Simmer about 1 hour stirring occasionally.

This was so good.  I will be making this again.
