Braised Kidney Beans with Sweet potato. It is a vegetarian dish full of protein and yummy goodness!!

A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything.

I cooked Monday.  We had Boston Butt, green beans, mashed potatoes.  I hope they will either go across the street to the restaurant or make a sandwich.

I put a hen in the crockpot this morning rubbed down good with smoked chipotle seasoning.  We were all hot and tired from working outside so I just made a tossed salad with boston lettuce, home grown tomatoes, black olives and cheese.  Was delicious.  Think I will take some for lunch tomorrow.

Nothing exciting here.  We cooked cheeseburgers on whole wheat buns with all the fixings.  It was yummy. I was able to eat about half of mine.

Today was the first day of my pre-op diet, so we had grilled salmon, baked potatoes, and a salad of mixed greens and tomatoes.
