honesty.. thank goodness
Yesterday, a repair man was here to look at my ailing air conditioner. I was playing in the yard with the kids, they were whining, so we came inside to watch TV. They continued to whine (they have colds so they are more irritable than usual). The TV was on and the overhead light was off. The repair man charged $35 for the house call. I opened my purse and handed him two 20's and told him that he could keep the change but he said he had change so he gave me five ones. Then he left. After a few minutes, he called and said he was on his way back to my house that I had grossly overpaid him. When he arrived, he handed me the two one hundred dollar bills that I had accidentally given him. Needless to say, I am very grateful that he is an honest person.

Michele
