.. screen monitor. What did you think I was going to say?

Anyway, now everything looks disproportionately large. I have everything set to default but it looks huge. How do I adjust it?

Ok, down to business.

find your Display Setting under your control panel and adjust from there.

It should be in the control panel...under what sub icon I can't say because I don't know what version of windows you are running, or even if you are running windows.

I have windows vista. I know where to go to change the backgroud and color scheme. I can change the font size there for my desktop but will that affect the internet appearence?

Yes it will effect your internet appearance but it will be sharper.

Give it a try and see how you like it. I prefer 96 but I like everything in my screen without having to scroll much.

My screen is a wide one as well. It took me about two days to adjust to it but I left everything as was. I love it large!!!

It looks like I should be able to read it since it's bigger but it's still blurry so it might as well be small.

With a wider screen it usually does look blurrier when it's larger. I usually keep mine at a higher resolution to have a sharper text. You usually have to forgive one for the other.

Edited to add: That would only be in 96 dpi.

Thanks. I'll increase the dpi's.
