Surgeon: Dr. Richard Hwang did my First surgery; Dr. Bryan Freeman did my Second surgery
Support Group: Weigh Down (Baldiwn County)
Re-gain: None so far! PRAISE GOD!!!!!
Struggles: vomiting issues, many strictures, gastric leak
Employment: Stay at Home MOM! and on Home Health (just for a short while because I'm FINE! God has spoke it in his Word!! Amen!)
Hobbies: My Darling Husband and beautiful children, OH of course; Pogo; Singing at my Church (How I love to Praise God in song!) , voluntary work with the local Food Bank; Fishing, Going to the Beach!
Would you have WLS again: Yes!! Praise God for this Awesome tool! It has extended my life with my Wonderful Husband and boys!
Reason for coming to this board: To find out more about surgery, talk to someone who had surgery who had prior blood clots, and support as I was beginning any awesome journey!

Struggles: trying to get in the required amount of water (I hate water!!!)
Employment: "retired" but am an RN....most of my experience was ER
Hobbies: reading, counted cross stitch, crochet, crafts in general
Would you have WLS again: definitely!
Reason for coming to this board: I recently found out there was a board for those from AL. Hoped to share experiences and make some friends - maybe even find a walking buddy. Been in AL for only 6 years and know very few people.
