Please Continue to Pray
Poor Terrell and his family are having a hard time getting to Orlando. They left yesterday morning headed to FL and before they even left the house Terrell fell adn twisted his ankle. He was trying to rush and simply stumbled over some pebbles in the driveway and down he went. They headed out anyway. They left any way and stopped to grab some breakfast. They ate and went to get back in the car and saw they had a flat tire, so they then dealt with that. By the time they left the tire store, Terrells foot was extremely swollen and his wife took him to the ER. They finally left there adn was on the road. They got to Valdosta Georgia and it was pour cats and dogs, so again they had to take it S-L-O-W. Fianlly when I talked to him at 10:30 last night they were 1/2 way there and was stopping for the night. I have yet to hear anything today. I don't want to call too much as I know once they reach Orlando,he has to go to 3 different places and try to find out what happened. We still have no idea if his ex-wife was involved in the accident and if so if she made it or not.
Thank you all so much for your prayers. And Terrell also said thank you all for thinking of him, a total stranger. I love you all!
PS: PLEASE PRAY FOR ME TOO, I HAVE SUN POISONING!!!!! I'm in pain and sick as a dog!

I'm so sorry to hear about the trouble that Terrell and his family are having on their way to Orlando. I hope the second half of the trip is easier for them than the first half has been. I've said a prayer for Terrell and his family, as well as for you and your sun poisoning. I've had sun poisoning twice, so I know how you feel. I hope you feel better soon!

Hi Susan. I looked on the board today to see if there was an update from you. I thought of you and your family today. I hope things go better for Terrell from now on. I know it is going to be so hard on him when he gets to FL. Does he have other children? I hope you begin to get better also. What are you doing for the sunburn?

Debbie he had 5 children, 3 boys and 2 girls (Oldest to youngest is Blair, Kim, Terrie, Dakota, and the baby which I can never remember her name.) He has 3 left, which are on the trip with him. We just called him but no answer. I am asuuming he is there and just can't talk right now. I'll call again tomarrow around lunch and check in with him.
As for the sun poisoning, OUCHY! I am taking steroids and antibiotics, putting some special cream on me, that has lanicain (sp) in it, drinking a mess load of GATORADE, staying in my room with the AC on full blast along with a fan, putting ice packs on me and taking cool showers every other hour. The worst spots is where the blisters came up, where my straps were on my shoulders and my forehead. Still can't eat. I am running a low grade fever (100-100.6). I feel like someone poured alcohol on an open wound, it feels like I am on fire!
