hello i am here but doing so so i joined the gym on winchester rd monday the 24/7 club i started to work out i have a special trainer i am working with he said if i work at this in about a yr i will be a change man i sure hope so thanks for the starbucks card it comes in handy i like starbucks i wish now i could run one and let it be open 24hrs a day 7 day a week like the ones r in new york it would go well here in huntsville i think it would well off to walk some more i am walking to subway for a sandwhich it is about 3 miles from me i can do it have a bless day and thanks for checking on me
