Question and Wow
I read the board every day but very rarely do I post anymore, can't really say why just how I am I guess. I will be 2 years out on June 7 and boy has this been a ride!! I got stuck at 152 for the longest time and that put me in a size 10, well I had alot of stress with starting a new job, ect. and my 10's got baggy so I went to try on clothes and bought eights and then to my surprise when I got home with those they were too big and I needed six's! I was very surprised but all I hear now is that I am too little and need to stop losing but how and when does that happen?? I am down to 123 and still losing. I eat some things i'm not supposed to but it still doesn't put any weight on me, I exercise three times a week, so any advice?
Thanks in advance for any advice!

Do you count your calories? When I got too small I had to up my daily calories. I drank 2 muscle milk protein shakes daily. They have close to 300 calories each. I also had to break pouch rules..drinking with meals..etc.
Talk to your doc and nutritionist about what is right for you!!
A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything.
Thanks for the response Renee, i've talked to my doc and such and am having to have bloodwork done every month right now as i have been having low iron. I started drinking protein shakes again twice a day to add protein but no haven't counted my calories, probaly a very low number before I started shakes again.
Again thanks for responding to me!
Dear Karen -
First of all, congratulations on your amazing accomplishment! Even though you are having some loss concerns right now, you have still done beautifully and that is truly wonderful!
Now, my first question that I have is, at your current 123 and your height, what is your current BMI at? Is it still in the normal range, or is it now considered underweight? The reason I ask, is that sometimes our bodies take on a life of their own and do what they want. Before getting into bodybuilding, I got down to a horribly thin 148, from 408, and as a 6-ft tall man, it was scary! However, my BMI was still in the lower-normal range... Maybe your body is just making its own adjustments? Just a thought.... If your BMI gets too low, then of course I would be very concerned.
Please keep us updated and let us know how you are doing!
God bless,
Michael
