What a wonderful weekend!!!

I had the best weekend.  Friday I was going to lunch and I walked out onto the sidewalk and my son Adam and his wife were coming down the sidewalk...wow what a surprise!!!!  They had left and came to surprise me for mother's day and they did!!  I was with my kids all weekend and it was so nice.  All but one was in church with me this morning and then we all went to Momma's.  The only thing bad was that Adam called on the way home and his car broke down.  A man stopped and is towing him in.  Please say a prayer that they will make it home safely.  God is so good.  I hope everyone had a great day. 

Oh wow!!!  I know I was so jealous when Randi called me!! I told her to HUG you tight for me!!  I am praying for Adam and Randi to make it home safely.  I am so glad you had such a great weekend Momma you deserved it!!  I love you! See you soon. Maybe we can meet for coffee somewhere. I will be staying in Irondale!  Probably for 7-10 days I guess.

In Irondale??  We are only about 30 or 40 minutes from there.  I am sure we will meet up for coffee or something.  When will you be here??  I love you.  Adam just called and told me that a wonderful man, whom I called an angel, pulled them from Brewton to the exit where they get off.    Their only worry now is how to get to work tomorrow...but I told Adam to pray and God will provide.  He may be able to ride with one of the guys that he works with.  Randi may just have to take off.  I honestly enjoyed the weekend with both of them so much.  We had a precious time.

We just got home it's 11:30 and I'm pooped but they made it home safely and hopefully can get the car going tommorrow sometime. I have to be at work tommorrow morning so I am going to bed.  I just wanted to tell you your baby is safely at home. I am so glad that man helped them out!! He was an angel even called to make sure they were getting home. I will be there probably on Sunday (a week from today!) Depending on when Ann can get a date.  Thanks for giving us the referal! We hope to be there maybe a week to 10 days depending. My Aunt lives in Irondale so we will be staying at her house. She has a pool so that will keep us busy some. The boys might come up - might not - depending. We are playing all this by ear. Love you!! See you soon!!  That is close!! 40 minutes. I know we have to do coffee! :-)

Julie and Teddy...thank you so much for getting them home last night.  I know that man that stopped was an angel sent from God.  Adam said that his own truck kept tearing up but the man would get out smiling fix it and go on.  He told Adam that no matter what, they were going to get home.  Adam said that the man was so happy even though he was having his own troubles.  I told Adam that that seemed to me to be the Joy of the Lord.  Julie, the weekend was wonderful!!!  I wish you could have been here.  I enjoyed Adam and Randi so much.  It was great!!!
