My name is Jeanne and my paperwork has been submitted for a second time. My first try was started in September and was finally denied in November. Insurance said I must have 6 months of weight management with the doctor. Paperwork turned in again this past Wednesday. Really hoping that this goes through because I am really tired of being sick and tired! My current insurance is Regence Blue Cross/Blue Sheild out of Washinton state.
