Well i was put back in the hospital because the back pain was due to my potassium and a few other electrolytes being low. So to any who have read this and had a RNY be careful when you loss a lot of water weight. They got my levels back up after pumping a lot of potassium in me and it burns so make sure you keep your levels up,a friendly warning LOL.
Topic: RE: anyone have pain issues?
I didn't have that problem though I've heard on occasion that it can be related to the anesthesia. I'd call your doc anyway...

Topic: RE: Patients of Dr. Quaid/Dr. Holloway
I know you want to hear from lap-band receivers and i am bypass but i thought i would tell you about Dr. Holloway. I had my surgery on the 5Th of May and i couldn't say anything negative about him or any of his staff. They are wonderful they listen and are willing to answer any questions you could have. Dr. Holloway made it easy to feel excited and ready for the surgery, he also wants to be hands on if there are any problems after you go home. He very professional with a great ability to make you feel comfortable and safe.
I hope this helps.

Topic: RE: Information Seminar!
Okay, I get it now...I understand why everyone who has dealt with him is so impressed! All I could think when I walked out last night was WOW!!!! If anyone gets a chance to go to one of these sessions, I would encourage them, it was informative to the nth degree! Thank you for having him come to Laramie!
