 Well the Wii Fit has step aerobics, strength training, balance games, yoga, running games, things like that. What I have read about the EA Active is it is a better workout, it comes with band thingy's and you just follow the onscreen avatar and you get a good workout. I am definitely looking into it. I just cannot afford it right now as I am off work. I get bored with the Wii fit very easily.

What's the difference between Wii fit and EA Active for the Wii?  I haven't even see a Wii yet,  My daughter keeps telling me I need a Wii fit.  She loves hers.

Evidently I am not motivated either, I haven't even made it out of the house yet. I have trouble around TOM time also, bloating, eckkkkk. I will probably just stay in today and do weights or the Wii fit. I am actually looking at getting the EA Active for the Wii. I am kind of excited about that.

I'm not that motivated.  I'll take my usual walks thru downtown on my breaks today and then I have a class at the gym this evening.  I need to kick my butt really hard this weekend.  I'm confused over how I managed to gain back the 4 lbs that I lost last week.  I'm hoping it's just TOM issues.  I have a fill scheduled for next Friday that I'm not positive I really need.

If I don't check in -- have a great holiday weekend!

Hooray for Thursday this week!

It's my Friday too, but I have to work Saturday to make up for having tomorrow off.  I have too much to do, but I can't come in tomorrow because they'd have to pay me double time.  I don't care.  I don't have any plans for the 4th anyway.  I can see the fireworks from my yard so I'll go sit outside when I hear them start (if I'm not already in bed).

 I thought that today..............since I am thoroughly sick of the gym for the moment...............I would go to the football field and run the stairs on the bleachers. How is that for ambition. Now I just have to find the football field and the bleachers!

 Hi Sharon, I am just getting to the maintenance phase of my program and am sweating it a little bit. we can keep each other accountable on here if you want. Post exercise and what we eat even. I ended up doing weights today and not going to the gym. It was to hot. Let me know what you think.
