Hair Loss

I wrote a couple of times about the massive hair loss I was having and how the stress of losing patches were to my mental health....We all know a womans glory is hair giggle ..........I was reaading a post mentioning Biotin and I said what the heck and I tried it ..........Oh bless the day I did.... After a couple of weeks I saw and felt knew hair growth so if anyone is having the same problem be sure to try it ....I found it at walmart for less than 5 buck 240 tablets and it was called Extreme Biotin 1500 mcg. the bottle read that it promotes skin and hair health by Rexall. I take only 1 pill a day some of the others required 2-3 times a day and the are as smaller than an asprin ...It worked for me and I can't remember who suggested it to me but THANK YOU ..........
