I'm here, but now it's Saturday night.  Even the regular lap-band forum isn't very active tonight.

 Good morning! Hope your weekend is going well. We are getting ready to go to our oldest sons house in Hot Springs, SD today. Going to take the scenic way through the Black Hills and drive through Spearfish Canyon.

Have a safe trip.  That is a beautiful drive.  I have a friend who has been there since Thursday who is returning today.  Good travel weather -- no thunderstorms.  I'm getting so sick of all this rain and hail every afternoon.  At least we got a decent weekend, but there was enough on Friday to last all weekend.

 We had a wonderful day. I got some good pictures of all the waterfalls in Spearfish Canyon. We also got to see our son in Hot Springs. It was a good day!
