What are you doing to be successfull this Monday/

 I am hitting the gym this morning for some running. My menu has been revamped also. I went to the store last night and stocked up on fresh fruits and veggies, protein and stuff that is healthy. I am going to have more time to cook this summer so I am going to take advantage of it and do some healthy cooking.
