looking for cheyenne support group and nutritionist

Does anyone know of a support group in Cheyenne open to people that have had their surgery elsewhere. I moved here from NJ.  I would also like to get some nutritional counseling and my insurance will pay if I can find someone in network.  Can anyone recommend someone that specializes in gastric by-pass patients. I'm 2 years out, gaining slightly even though I am very careful with keeping track of calories and nutrition and exercise regularly.  It may just be an increase in muscle weight, but I would like to go over my diet now with a specialist.  Thanks, Sharon

The two surgeons listed above work in Cheyenne. I have spoke with them and they  do accept patients from other surgeons for follow up care.  I'm sure they can direct you to a support group in the area. Good Luck! Jennifer

Dr Parnell was my surgeon and I am pretty sure she accepts patients for follow up care and there is a nutritionist on staff with her. They are awesome at that office. There is also a support group affiliated with them. Good luck. Dottie
