Happy New Year Wyoming!! 
It is a cold and crisp morning here. The sun is just starting to rise. The thermometer reads 3 degrees. 
No snow in the forcast. 
My NYR- Back to Basics! This is a wonderful tool but we still have to shoulder a great deal of personal responsibility in how we use it. The holidays have been a bit more of a challenge than I wanted. I can eat foods I had hoped I would not be able to tolerate! This is good and bad. Good as I can celebrate the holidays with my favorite foods. Bad as I now know I can eat these foods and might be tempted everyday.
I am still thankful for the surgery and the changes I have made in my life. 
I would gladly do it all over again!
