HELP! Insurance Nightmare!

I have been denied by BC/BS to have my lap band surgery. They will cover bypass, but I am medically unable to have that due to post-cancer internal problems. I want to speak to an Attorney about this issue. Any suggestions?

Hello Brenda! Greetings from Green River via Chandler, Arizona! Wonderful wether down here. I was covered under BCBS and folllowed the reqiurements of my plan. My policy only covered the RNY and that was what I wanted. Good luck on your quest. Teresa
