Go to bariatriceating.com. I ordered Nector-very cherry berry and a sampler, it had ice tea, lemonade and fuzzy navel. Just add two scoops to 8 oz. of water= 46 protein, sampler has 12 protein. I just placed my second order for a fuzzy navel. It was real good. It was $22.95 For 2 pounds. Total with shipping $31.29 Best tasting and protein I have found and I have tryed everything. Fuzzy navel is better than cherry to my taste. Hope this will help you. Better than anything you add milk to. Katrina

There is this one drink that I have started having every night, I LOVE IT! It is from medabolix and it is called Mocha. The box says it can be a cold drink or a pudding, but I heat mine in the microwave. After heating, I add some fat free whipped topping on top and drink it that way. It tastes like a big cappiccino...(really bad spelling...haha) Just an extra idea. The carb countdown everyone mentions is wonderful! -Amber

Topic: Six Month Anniversary
Today has been 6 months since surgery. From the time I first saw Dr. Stickler, I am down 103 lbs. since surgery 87 lb., and since my all-time highest weight 111.5 lbs. I am so glad I had this done. We went to Kings Island and a Reds ballgame last weekend. I was so amazed...I fit in the seats, no swollen feet or ankles, no back pain...and the list goes on. My 17 yr. old son turned to me on one of the water rides and said "It is so good to be able to ride rides with my Mom". I just wanted to cry. I did not realize how my being obese affected my family as well as myself. Good luck to all those out there anticipating WLS. It has given me my life back.
