Leann... It's great to have you back and posting. Good for you for getting up and walking early! Bad for the hospital staff for NOT paying closer attention to a post surgery patient! Glad you are doing well. And keep us posted. I'm pre-surgery and look forward to learning from you. ---Barb A

Topic: I'm BACK
Well, my surgery went well. I didn't have any complications except for pain...I ended up having to get my self up and walking because the nurses were to busy with paperwork in the middle of the night to do that. So, in the end it worked out for me. I got to go home on stage 2 liquids didn't need a g tube and draining my jp drain my self...I am doing as well as can be expected walking as much as I can. Thanks for all the prayers and support it really helped me through alot. Cant wait to take a again LOL Leann

Topic: Fat Cats and Portly Pooches?
Hi all,

I am working on an article on obesity in animals for ObesityHelp Magazine. Have any of you (like me) had an animal with a weight problem?
If so...
What was your pet eating when it gained weight?
How often was it fed? (did you free-feed?)
What did you do to help your pet lose weight?
Did your pet develop obesity co-morbidities?
Did those co-morbidities resolve when the weight came off?

I'd love to hear from you.

Send me high-res pictures if you would like us to consider printing a picture of your pet in the magazine or on the magazine website when the article goes to print.

Please reply to this post or send me an e-mail at [email protected].

Thanks!!!
