Phase 1 depends on your surgeon's definition. But I LOVE unjury and they are so YUMMMY! These are what got me through and I am still using them 3 years out!! My favorite is the chocolate. In the winter it is nice used as a hot chocolate as well or to place in my coffee to make it into a mocha drink. They also have vanilla, unflavored, and strawberry. You can contact them for samples as well so you can try the different flavors before you try a big container, then jump on the auto ship option and it always arrives at your door on time and it is one less thing you have to worry about! Does anyone know what happened to Pam Geary who was the coordinator of the weight loss program at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was the program coordinator when I had my surgery three years ago. I moved out of state since then, but have moved back to Huntington, WV and wanted to join back in the support group but was told she is no longer with Cabell Huntington Hospital.
