What type of excercise do you do, and how often do you excercise? I walk a mile sometimes over a mile a day (unless it's super cold outside) and then this morning I added Billy Blanks Tae' Bo into the mix and I really enjoyed it. The best part was I found all of his work out videos at the Dollar General for $1 each!
