Hi! I see talk of Fage Yogurt (greek yogurt) on the OH message boards all the time. A cup of less than 6 oz is supposed to have 13 grams of protein and only 6 carbs. I have NO idea where I can find that here in central West Virginia... Anyone seen it at a local store? Please share where if you have! Thanks Lea

I was wanting to talk to some people that have had the lap band surgery. I have been trying to do my homework. I would really like to hear from others about their experiences and any advice would be great. I am going to attend my first meeting at the Womens and Childrens Hospital in Charleston March 15th. Is anyone going to that meeting? If approved, my surgeon will be Robert Shinn. I would appreciate any and all comments and support. Thank you in advance, Beth

That's great. I'm 2.5 months out and down 42lbs. Dr Shin is wonderful, I have had to be scoped twice since surgery for strictures. He and his office staff are awesome! CAMC Womens and Childrens bariatric floor is great also. Good Luck!!
