From what I understand about revision, it is changing one type  of weight loss surgery into another. Example, you first had the lap band but did not have the desired result or complications.  Then it is decided to take out the band and have a sleeve put in place.  Dusty

 Hi     I had Dr. Neace  and he in excellant..  for me  it took almost 3 maybe 4 months from start to finish  you will need a talk with a head doc,  have nut. class with Marsha is  super and a meeting with Tabitha to learn what to expect after the surgery  plus blood work maybe some xrays some things are differant for eac person  plus some insurance cos are now wanting a 3--6 month doc supervised weight loss attempt.  Did you go to the support group last night?     they are the first Monday of every month at the 20th St.office. at 6pm you learn alot and hear about how others are doing.  hope this helps some  prayers willa

I can't help you on the revision question, but just ask Dr Stickler when you see him.  He's my surgeon and will answer any question you ask him.  I couldn't ask for a better surgeon! I have a 6 month appt on the 16th for my 6 month follow-up.  Maybe I'll see you in the waiting room!

I highly recommend the www.bariactriceating.com website!  It's where I get 98% of my protein!  I'm hooked on the RTD Extreme Smooties in Chocolate Dream flavor.  Yummmmmmmmmmmmm!  I also like the New Whey Protein bullets and mix them with water and Crystal light.  Someone mentioned Unjury and I know a lot of people use it, but mostly I hear it has a horrible taste.
