Fabulous WOW Weekend

Happy belated 4th to all! We went out of town over the weekend. And even though it was hot, we had a wonderful time. We went to Kings Island.....and I was able to ride whatever I wanted...not having to worry if I fit into the seat. We spent the whole day at the park and at the end of the day...NO swollen ankles/feet, NO backaches, nothing but a little tan. We were on Conga Falls and our 17 yr. old son hugged me and said "Mom, it is nice being able to ride rides with my Mom". Made me just want to cry. I worked my way up to the level 3 rides....next trip is to Six Flags....roller coasters here I come. I use to ride them all when a teenager....will have to see how I fair now 30 years later. Then on Sunday, we went to the Cincinnati Red baseball game. Now that was hot....but other than the heat, I did great. It is truly amazing how life has changed for the better since surgery.
