FRUSTRATED

I am 2 and 1/2 years post op. I lost a total of 110 lbs in 6 months. I was so amazed and proud of myself for this accomplishment but have unfortunately found myself falling back into the same old routine of high fat, high calorie meals once again. I have some permanent nerve damage in my legs which unfortunately keep me from exercising so I am slowly gaining the weight back. I have put on almost 30 lbs this past year. I am starting to hate myself once again just as I did when I was at my heaviest and I am so disappointed in myself as well. I do not know what to do next or where to turn. I am ashamed to face my surgeon because of the weight gain. Please reply with any much needed advice. Thanks

The best thing you can do for yourself is see your Surgeon ASAP! Go to a support group meeting. Please just don't settle!
