Tell me everything about WV Medicaid

One nice lady has already sent me a checklist. Here's my situation: I'm 27. BMI 53. No diabetes. I might have pre-hypertension, but I doubt it. I'm pretty sure I have sleep apnea, but it's not diagnosed. Cholesterol, heart, etc. are all fine. What are my chances of getting Medicaid to pay for WLS? Are there any doctors in Huntington that take a medical card?

I just happened to be browsing different message boards and saw your message. My doctor here in CA just moved back to run the bariatric program at Huntington Cabel Hospital and I know he is going to be working with Medicaid patients there. His name is Dr. Nease and he's a fabulous doctor. You might want to get in touch with his office and I'm sure they will be able to answer your questions. Good luck to you. Stephanie
