Hi
I take vista vitamins everyday they are specially formulated for WLS patients, I also take Andrew Lessmans healthy hair skin and nails vitamins just for my hair. My lab work is perfect, for once in my life..
I get my vista vitamins at bariatriceating.com along with my protein powders and bars.

Howdy from Texas, Carol!!!! Some of the physicians here are supporting the use of 2 chewable Flintstone vitamins a day, as a basic. They say they are the best absorbed that they have found, taste ok, and are very easy to chew and digest since they are made for children. My brother had his RNY 2 years ago and even though he can now eat small regular meals, he still takes his Flinstones every day. He's 48 years old and just started working as a flight attendant for Southwest airlines. He has more energy than some 20 year olds. I'm waiting for my surgery, but will follow this also and add some calcium for the old female bones. hahahah Hope this helps. Andrea
