I weighed in today at the YMCA on the doctors scales and I am down to 308lbs. which makes me 144lbs. off for good!!!!!!!! I am feeling great and working out three times a day and I am even noticing that my excess skin is either shrinking , or else I am building muscle either way it feels great.
Keith, that is fantastic I bet that you are going to hop off that scale ,and start jumping around like you are when you hit 299 . keep up the good work! Darlilly( formerly Darleen W)
