BACK ON TRACK AND FEELING GREAT
I HAVE LOST 17LBS. SINCE MY APPOINTMENT ON THE 6TH OF APRIL. I WEIGHED 339LBS. AND WHEN I WEIGHED MYSELF AT THE YMCA ON THE DOCTORS SCALES ON THE 12TH I WEIGHED 322LBS. I HAVE STARTED MEASURING EVERYTHING I EAT NO MORE SUGAR AND ON A WORKOUT SCHEDULE. THE PLATEAU I HIT WAS MY FAULT WE NEED TO MAKE SURE TO STAY WITH WHAT WE WERE TAUGHT. IT IS SO EASY TO FALL OFF THE WAGON WHEN U THINK U CAN EAT ANYTHING U WANT. REMEMBER IT'S NOT HOW MUCH U EAT AS IT IS WHAT U EAT ALSO.
