hi all 20 months post op from Buckhannon

hello all I am quite new to this site .Only been a member for couple months .Just checked out the West Virginia message board, and notice it is not as frequented as main board..I had my surgery over 20 months ago and went from 270 to 142 and realize it is now work to keep the weight off.....It began easy enough weight falling off but, now have to work at not getting back into poor eating habits..Always remembering to do protein first....Any way, just wondering if there is any one that is 20 month or older post op having the same concerns of regain and trying to control the apetite which at some time has snuck back ....
