Does anyone know of Dr.'s anywhere that allow you to make a direct
payment plan with them? My insurance has exclusions wrote in my policy.

Dr. Jaypal Reddy of Weirton, WV allows payments. His fee is 2000, the anesthesia fee was 1000 and I make a payment to the hospital of not very much since I am in school. My insurance had an exclusion to. It can be done if you want it to be.
