Way to go Keith!! That's great. I hope I can post such great numbers when I get to 8 weeks!! I am 6 weeks out and going through the "window of misery". I hate it!! I have lost 37.5 pounds to date and looking forward to many more pounds gone. Keep us updated as to your progress!!
