FIRST RECIPE EASY WEEKNIGHT CHILI
This is so good i love it here we go
1lb.ground round or turkey
11/4cup chopped onion
11/4cup chopped green pepper
6 cloves of garlic,pressed
veg.cooking spray
1(141/2oz)can no-salt-added stewed tomatoes
chopped
1(15oz.)can no-salt-added kidney beans, drained
1(8oz.)can no-salt-added tomato sauce
1cup water
3tbsp.chili powder
1tbsp.paprika
11/4tsp. hot sauce
1/4cup plus 2tbsp.shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
cook first 4 ingreients in a dutch oven coated with cooking spray over medium high heat until beef or turkey is browned. stirring until it crumbles. drain .return mixture to dutch oven;add tomato and next 7 ingredients. bring to a boil;cover,reduce heat,and simmer 20 minutes. stiring occasionally.Ladie chili evenly into six bowls;top evenly with cheese.yield 6 servings.
