DOING GOOD 43PDS. IN 7 WEEKS

Hello to all doing good i feel very good energy is back and feel fine. hope all is well so good to be able to come and leave a message to let all know how we are doing .went to the mall and got a size 18 bathing suit now i never dream of being in a 18 bathing suit. i feel good yell yell well got to run i am going to go workout going to tenn. in sept. i am going with a tan and a smaller body. now that is somthing to be thankfull for . god bless all that read this post and good luck to all. nancy adkins
