GGGRRRR...2 my Insurance company

HE HE HE WellI have been denied...not because it isnt medically necessary...because they dont have my psych evaluation....Which is BULL...it was submitted 2 times...obviouslly they have a "little fax ghost" that has something against me.... LOL I have got everything in order, AGAIN, and I am resubmitting by fax AND certified mail. So, maybe this will light a fire under ther butt. I definately meet all my insurance qualifications. (and even a little extra) My insurance is Cigna HMO. Wish me luck, I will not give up. I will get to know all there custimer service reps personally...lol (Im very nice but stern when I call...I know if Im nasty they will never get it hehe) Have a wonderful day....Thanks for caring, sharing and listening....Mary
