Well Praise the lord 
Dr. Shins office called me today and said that all of my records are in order and all I needed was my psych evaluation which she scheduled for this Wednesday then I would be ready to submit to my insurance.I have BC BS Federal Insurance so she said we should know something this week .So keep me in your prayers ,I'm so ready for this

Not to sound like a downer, but do not get your hopes up. Responses from doctors offices are never that fast. Your psyc eval dictation may take the rest of the week to get done. Sorry to bring those clouds with me. There is a silver lining though.
