anyone interested in posting recipes?
since the holidays are coming I am wondering if anyone would like to try exchanging recipes that we might enjoy that is low carb. low sugar and low fat? If so I have a few since I have beena detbic for so long that arent half bad but I would suggest trying before the special days arrives esp if you are going to be serving them to family or/and friends

I would, but just ask my DH, I can't cook. Anything I make is a stolen recipe. My husband on the other hand seems to be able to invent some stuff and it turns out yummo.
This post did make me go over to the recipe board. I will probably go back at some point, when I can eat!!!

I'm not sure if I'd be much of a contributor but I love checking out recipes and trying them out.....I've been working on ways to make chicken and meat as tender as possible since I've been leaning towards the lap, but I have to decide soon, I only have 1 more dietitician appt. then psych eval and surgery, no idea how much time that gives me to decide. I've tried using soy products on other diets and to be honest, yuck, puke, ewww.....Splenda and the pink stuff are the only forms of sugar around here. Honestly I had pretty much accepted that holiday dinners for me this year would be 3 ounces of turkey and a veggie.....if you have some ideas I'd love to look them over
