Question about Carbs and Baby Food
Hi you dont have to eat baby food for the stage 2 you can add protein to things like apple sauce, cream soups after you strain it to get all the chunks out, cream of wheat and cream of rice again strain it... sugar free puddings, all with added protein, you can evn make your own potato soup after you put it thru a blender and again strain it and add protein notice the protein protein will help you heal faster and help to keep your hair from coming out. I hope this will help you some what

Hello I forgot a couple of things you can have that will be helpful since you like fruits and veggies more
tomato juice or V8 juice with protein and the sugar free or no sugar added carnation instant breakfast I dont do these the instant breakfast since I am not a chicolate fan and thats the only flavor I can find here
and for the protein get some that is non flavor GNC has some that is called WHEY I have some from Sams that is vanilla flavored and it is good with puddings but with the veggie juice and rice [cream of rice]and so forth it doesnt taste very good...
