Need help

I am 18 months out. Haven't lost any weigh for  6 moths.
I am eating right.
I am exercising, just can't loose.
I need to loose about 25 more pounds.
I can use any help I can get

  Hello   on the lap band forum  they talk about platuea  sp is probably wrong      but theres a platuea diet that you can use   you do it for 10 days I think     Hope you get the losing back  I am a year out and have lost 30 some pounds  cannt seem to get the right amt in the port  [I hope I am using he right terms]  but  we are working on it

Hi there,

You need to jump start your body back by going back to basics.  You had the RNY? 
The 5 day pouch test will help you to get back to basics and you will lose a few pounds too. 

How many grams of protein are you taking in every day? 

By increasing the protein and lowering the carbs and increasing your clear fluids will also help.

Yes I had the RNY.
I take 50 grams of protein. Plus what I get in the food I eat.
this is my normal day
8:30 - 25 grams of protein
10:30  1 boiled egg and 1 pickel
1:30  8 oz of lowfat chili or beans ( made at home ) 5 crackers or 1 small peice of cornbread
3:30 - 4oz fat free refried beans and 100 calorie pack of wheat thins
4:30  25 grams of protein
6:30  salad  or 4 oz peice of fish
8:30  1/2 bag of smart pop popcorn  or a low sugar low fat fudgecycle

64 oz of water throughout the day

Are you exercising? maybe just walking?
I would up the water intake to more that 80 oz a day. It is difficult but I know  you can do it.
Sometimes what we need to do is to jump start our bodies and shock a bit and get it going again. Maybe you can do the 5 day pouch test to get you going?

Yes I do 20 mins on the tredmill and 20 mins of weight training 5 days a week.
I am tring to cut way down on the carbs. If that does not work I will try the 5 day test.
