I got a wonderful phone call today!

I had to tell my PCP's office to fax the forms to Dr. Nease's office and they called me rather quickly. I am being sent in for Approval.

I thought my 6 month diet would be over in August, but it was over July 10th. This is because in Feb when I first went to my PCP she filled out the first form and I did not count that one. I hope they are right and I can get started.

I have to catch up on my to do list now. (Not complaining mind you) I hope to have it done before college starts.

I feel like shouting. "I'm so excited, and I just can't hide it" Crystal

I'm very happy for you.  I hope you have lots of success with everything. 

I am excited for you!!!!!  I am almost to where you are in the process.  One more month of diet, one more nutritionist visit, then submission. 

The light at the end of the tunnel is getting closer.

Thank you Dusty. I was very suprised and can't say I believe there math. We will have to see. They do this for a living so I should have faith.

THAT IS FANTASTIC!  HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE REPLY?  MY PAPERS WERE SENT THIS PAST MONDAY.  THEY TOLD ME IT WILL BE 7 TO 14 DAYS BEFORE I WILL KNOW IF I WAS APPROVED.  I AM A LITTLE WORRIED I MAY BE DENIED.  WILL FIND OUT SOON.  ANYHOW, LET US KNOW!!

Up to 14 days from what I understand. It hit me so fast that I did not ask on that phone call. I really am not a worrying person. Not to say I don't think about it once in a while but I know worrying will not help and will make me want to eat, so I just don't.

I was kinda waiting for you to see this. I hope your tooth gets better. The salt thing on the lap band board is a good one but also brush with synsadone(sp?) tooth paste.
