Good Evening West Virginia What Did You Eat Today
Well it's not been a good day for my fluid intake for the life of me I don't see how anyone can get in 64 oz of fluid unless of course it's a protein drink and you count it as a meal also. The drinks do not agree with me, so this morning I was determined that I was going to try it once again and one smell and sip did me in so here's what I've had today
Breakfast ~ 3 pieces of ham and cheese from a Lunchables so I have the slighest idea of calories so I'll guess 25
Lunch ~ 1/2 of a small Wendy's Chili 110 calories
Dinner ~ 3/4 of a veggie burger w/ FF cheese and a dill pickle 165 calories
Calories ~ 300
Protein ~ 30
Hi Kim! I'm with you on the fluid intake, I have a real problem with that as well. Here's what I've had today:
Coffee with splenda
New whey Protein 'bullet" 42 g protein
A couple of bites from a ceaser salad at lunch
A couple of bites of potato soup at lunch
** Going out to lunch with my co-workers today was a real waste of money!!
Will have to try to make it to at least 60 g protein later today.
