Wednesday 1/24 What did you have to eat today?

We need to get this board up and running so please share Breakfast 15 almonds Lunch ham roll up w/ FF cheese Dinner 3/4 of a veggie burger w/ FF cheese and a dill slice I was horrible and didn't get in all my protein or fluid today but there's always tomorrow

Hi Kim, I'll jump in here. Breakfast I had one large egg soft scrambled with cheese Mid morning a protein drink Lunch was refried beans with taco sauce maybe a half a cup, with a couple talblespoons of soft cooked carrots Mid afternoon a protein drink Supper was bout a half a cup of cottage cheese and taco sauce plus assortted sugar free popcycles this evening as needed. pan head

Kim, You really need some work on that protein intake. Try adding those protein shakes between meals like Panhead did - good job Panhead. Dr. Stickler
