B- 1 soft egg L- 1/2 of a morningstar veggie burger, 1 teaspoon of october beans, 1 teaspoon of cole slaw and 1 teaspoon of peas D- It's going to be a morningstar veggie burger with 1/2 slice of FF cheese

Wow, we're still not getting much in the way or responses over here, are we? Hopefully it will get better as time passes and we start making more regular use of the board.... Here's mine! B--Egg Beaters with shredded cheddar and some chopped green peppers L--breast from a rotissiere chicken (I was at Kroger's and they smelled sooooo good, so I bought one and ate the breast on the 25 minute drive home...) D--homeade chili and a teeny bit of cornbread broke up in the bottom of the bowl Whole day was 694 calories, 48.4 carbs, and 68 grams of protein... Hugs, Lea

Does your protien count include shakes or is that just from your food? I am really struggling with getting the protien shakes down, now I have the liquid protien and that is not much better. I am really worried that I am not getting enough protien.

Mine just comes from food I still can not stand the protein drinks
