Congratulations--you deserve that decadent egg. It shows that what my surgeon said prior to my surgery is true--you will be able to eat again but in smaller portions and you will be able to live without the things you thought you couldn't. That comes along with the new relationship with food which manifests itself with a whole new life.
I came across some "big girl panties" while cleaning and I kept a pair of those along with my old jeans (the ones I wore AFTER I lost 50 pounds because I couldn't wear any zippered jeans prior to that point) and a blouse that I thought made me look slimmer (a 5X can make you look slimmer?) I also have a pair of shorts that are 5X and when I tried them on, both legs in one, they fell right off my butt. I could have had my husband join me in them and they would have fit.
Congrats on your success!! With your attitude you will continue to be successful.

It usually takes a week or two. Call the office first to see if they heard anything before you call.
I have and still have United Health Care and I have found that once they get the info they need, they get back to you pretty fast. When Bariatric Institute submitted my paperwork, they called them and told them that I needed 2 more months of history to equal 6 months before they could make a decision. All I had to do was weigh in with my PCP for 2 months and once I got that info to them, it was 2 days later that I was approved.
