Topic: Bat Wing Removal
I am having my bat wings removed in 2 weeks by my plastic surgeon.  I've had 2 other plastics done already, but I am a bit worried about how long before I can use my arms?  Any advice from someone that has had this done already?

Topic: RE: Wisconsin Challenge Anyone???
I'm up for a challenge too! I think a Wisconsin Meet n Greet for fun would be great too.

I'm trying to get more motivation for working out. I'm eating ok, not great, but ok....but since vacation in late July I haven't gotten back on track with working out. I started a second job which I love but which also takes away from my 'me' time. (It has benefits and eventually once full time there I can quit the other job! YAY!!)

I think a Wisconsin Meet n Greet weekend of fun filled stuff could be a benefit for some of us too. Milw? Madison? Green Bay?? Steven's Point?? I'm just about equidistant from all....and would consider LaCrosse or ?? Sort of what they are doing with the SoCal folks.

Anyone interested in getting something put together like that??

Meanwhile, I'll get my butt going on the eliptical and thinking of you all!!

I have not had surgery yet although I think I am getting pretty close to being scheduled. I live in Westfield.

Topic: RE: Bariatric Institute of Wisconsin - what did you think?
Thank you for that info!  I'm glad that it's well attended - that is what I was hoping to hear.

I agree  -  wish they had meetings at Franklin.  I'm actually over an hour away - I live on the wisconsin/illinois border.   But I think it'd probably be good for me to go to these meets to keep my head in the game.  Good excuse to get out of the house and let the hubs watch the kids for one evening a week too. ;)

Congrats on your surgery.  I'm glad you are feeling better now.  Did they tell you what size sleeve they gave you?  Did they ask for your input for things like that?
