Topic: RE: Anyone have DR.Matthew Johnson in Green Bay

He used to work at Marshfield Clinic in Wausau and I was originally going to have him do my surgery until he moved.  I have heard nothing but good things about him, but I've never actually met him.

I'm not sure about the support group meetings, since I live in Sheboygan and it's an hour drive. I attend all the informational seminars which are held on the first Wednesday of every month. There is going to be an additional one in July as well. If that is what you want to attend, call Wisconsin Bariatrics and make a reservation. I believe he still cuts the attendance off at 100 per session.  The Aurora Sinai hospital should be able to tell which days the bariatric support group meets, since they are held right there.  Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you! He doesn't give out his personal email address, since so many times patients have questions that are answered by his staff.  Call the office and they are always very helpful.  I will suggest to him that he get one for patients or prospective patients can use and he can forward them to his staff. I'll be talking to him soon.

Topic: RE: Its summer!!! What are you doing to get moving??

I'm competing in a whole bunch of different races! Today, in the non-stop rain, I did the Green Bay Triathlon! It was awesome again, better than last year, and I beat my time from last year by 20 minutes!  Keep 'em coming!

No, I don't think his office provided his e-mail address to patients. Call them and ask, can't hurt. 219-3008... Good Luck SL

LOL if you do a 10k in Appleton let me know (holy cow.. 10k??? Will you be ready for that??)  If there is one here... you can totally stay here if you wanna save some ching. We have a guest room.  I'm healing up pretty good... I have a Dr. appt on Friday.. the 'wound' is still open.. but half the size it was about a month ago. As for the eating. Sometimes I think I can eat too much.. and other times I seem to get full quickly.  The weight is coming off... slowly.. but its coming off.  I'm down 40 lbs from my highest weight.. which I think i was at when I met you...only another 135 lbs to go!! LOL
