Ok, so earlier we had a poster who suggested a daily roll call. Just a post to drop in and discuss what is going on in our little corner of the world.... so I thought I would give it a shot! Hmm.. Ok.. So I am in Appleton, not too much going on today really. Ohhh I FINALLY broke my 3 week stall, and am down a total of 54 lbs. I was pretty excited about that. Tomorrow I go to my surgeons office for my first set of labs...and I'm sure when they weigh me I'll be sad again, only because the Dr's scale always seems to weigh a couple of pounds heavier. What a way to burst my bubble!! I'm also waiting to hear on a promotion with in my company. There were approximately 5 people up for the promo......and I should hear something this next week or the begining of the week following that..... cross your fingers for me! (and that it includes a PHAT raise! LOL)

Its too bad we didn't live closer or I would have been all over that!  Did you have a good time?

Great news Cindy! I am so glad you got approved! I am looking forward to hearing when your surgery will be. I am guilty of not posting much on the WI board! I posted a few times, but, it was so quiet in here it seemed inactive. I hope we can change that.  I just started my 3 week liquid diet today. My first day went pretty well, I am not hungry, but, I did get dizzy this afternoon and had to lay down. I think it is because I am on so much medication.  The doctor told me to eat a few crackers with my pills, but, I tried doing it without having the crackers. Will see how it goes tomorrow.

How great that you can work at your kids school!  I often wished I could do that. I lived in Osh for 13 years.... sometimes I miss it...other times.. .not so much...there was never anything to do!! But when I was there I worked at Curwood/Bemis and lived on the north east side of town.

Denise: No, I don't work, I stay at home. During the school year, I work at my kids school as a lunch room supervisor although, and I volunteer at Aurora Medical Center, and a nursing home here in Oshkosh. The weather was great, I have been hating the humidity. Glad you had a good weekend.
