There are a lot of online sites to buy protein and vitamin supplements-- I was just wondering, do any of you buy them locally??    Just curious.

Does anybody know why the set up has changed on here? When you're on the WI forum and click to the left on Recent profile updates or upcoming surgeries you don't get the list anymore. Is everybody having this problem or just me : )

I did the exact same thing you did. I ate one of my moms homemade brownies that we had in the house for a party last night. I ate one the size of the palm of my hand and within 20 mins. was cramping and on the toilet. It was worth it : )

Shari, in my mind, add coffee to anything and it turns FABULOUS!
I'll have to look for it. I'm kinda fixated rigt now on the Light Silk chocolate mixed with my chocolate mint protein.  It must be a chocolate thing!  Now tell me you're gonna help out the Brewers!  And Badgers!  Won't be at the Badger game this week, but will be at the Packer game.
